Mary J. Blige and Catherine Malandrino have teamed up to create a fashion line that will benefit the Women’s Academy of Excellence, a public high school, in the Bronx, NY. This fall, the two are launching a music-inspired collection for Mary’s Foundation For the Advancement of Women Now. All of the proceeds will go toward college scholarships for more than 20 girls graduating. There’s 25 pieces in the collection and it will be sold at Malandrino’s boutiques nationwide.
